As an active community member of Sandwich and surrounding areas, Stacy Skillin has been in the building relationships with patients, customers, and clients since 1997. Stacy’s background includes her 8 years in the physical therapy field, owner with her husband, Shane of Skillin’s Auto Body and Hot Rods since 2007 and building her Mary Kay business since 2013. Stacy had sat on the Sandwich Chamber Board from 2010 through 2018, holding an executive board seat for 4 years during that time, she has chaired the Ambassador Committee for 6 years as well as sitting on other committees. This all while being a wife, mother of a 13-year-old daughter and 9-year son, friend, mentor, and building two successful businesses. Stacy’s passion comes from helping others grow both their business as well as personally leading them to their potentials. She has been instrumental in starting a scholarship for the high school and yearly programs for the chamber, mentoring other business owners, and rises to the challenge in all she does. She strives to continually grow herself with reading new business and leadership books, attending events and programs, and from others in the community that she admires.


Tony MannTony Mann, founder of myservefirst.com is an author (Servant Leadership, Lessons Learned The Hard Way), keynote speaker, and MBA Faculty Lecturer of business who brings more than 20 years of business experience to his programs and events. Tony’s training background spans more than ten years, earning a solid reputation as an outstanding speaker, motivator, and teacher.

His business background includes 18 years in the printing industry as a successful  owner/operator of a commercial entity, and several years as part-owner of an office supply retail business as well as experience in manufacturing and consulting.

Tony engages his audiences with his unique style helping others in their personal and business lives. His positive message resonates with his audience as he talks about a variety of topics including Servant Leadership for Business and Self (the journey), Teams, Strategy, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.

Clients include chambers, universities, financial institutions and companies.

His presentation options include one-hour sessions and 2.5 hour workshops that are tailored to an individual organization’s needs and desires.
