Betsey Finnan, LCSW, and Nicole Remblos, Occupational Therapist of Bricolage Wellness
About Betsey: “Hi all, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I currently specialize in perinatal work and trauma work (both perinatal and non-perinatal). I am trained to provide services using a strengths-based and multi-systemic approach. I use evidence-based practices including EMDR therapy and intertwine this throughout my work in other modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Shame Resilience theory, Object Relations theory, Trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. In addition to my specialities, I work with career and life transitions and conflict, depression, and anxiety.
I am known for throwing in tidbits of humor, compassion, and directness to empower your development of confidence in yourself and competence in your life. I will provide you with a comfortable atmosphere where you can express yourself freely. It is not my role to judge you or make decisions for you. Let’s explore all the perspectives that life has to offer so that you can make your own educated decisions.”
