YACC 19th Annual Golf Outing

The Yorkville Chamber’s 19th Annual Golf Outing at Blackberry Oaks Golf Course was a massive success, with beautiful being the cherry on top.

Golfers enjoyed “hassle free” golfing, with mulligans, yardsticks, on-course games, lunch, dinner, drink coupons, and 19th hole refreshments all inclusive.

The festivities continued into the evening with a scrumptious dinner buffet at Kennedy Pointe Restaurant and Pub.

Many area businesses & organizations came together to sponsor and create a fun-filled day for the golfers.

Big Shout Out to our Sponsors!

  • Golf Cart Sponsor Mars Wrigley gifted each golf cart with bags full of candy.
  • On-course beverages were complimentary, thanks to sponsor Yorkville Leads Group, Leads Infinity.
  • “Birdie Box” lunches with wraps, chips, and cookies were sponsored by Family Focused Financial, Tamara Wiley
  • The Bloody Mary Bar, sponsored by Earthmover Credit Union, welcomed golfers before they headed out on the course.
  • On-course volunteers were shuttled by Outing Ubers: Karylin Clevenger of Veterans Assistance Commission of Kendall County, members of Yorkville Leads Ignite, and members of Yorkville Leads over Lunch.
  • Golfers were able to use mulligans and yardsticks to improve their scores, thanks to sponsors The Trailer Guy and Yorkville Ace Hardware.
  • No winners again unfortunately, but the option to win $10,000 for a hole-in-one was sponsored by FNIC.
  • FNBO sponsored the Money Bags Hole, with five cash prize winners.

A round of applause for hole sponsors that treated golfers to free raffles, games, contests, and refreshments!
