How You Can Help Mutual Ground During the COVID-19 Crisis
We are constantly adapting to the needs of our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mutual Ground currently has adults and children in shelter, and we expect to serve our shelter clients throughout this crisis. Our 24-hour domestic and sexual violence hotlines are open and being operated by staff. And, we are supporting other clients by offering phone counseling sessions. In short, we are doing everything possible to serve those needing domestic or sexual violence services under unprecedented circumstances.
Here is how YOU can help:
Financial Support: Our greatest need right now is financial support. Please help us continue to provide life-changing and life-saving services to domestic and sexual assault victims. Donate to Mutual Ground.
Provide a Restaurant Meal for Shelter: Coordinate a group of friends, co-workers or family members to order one dinner from an area restaurant for our shelter residents. We are not taking homemade food from individual homes at this time. Donate a Shelter Meal.
Donate items from our Wish List or Amazon Wish List: We’ve trimmed our wish list during the quarantine to only must-have items. Also, to help with social distancing, you can shop from your couch using our Amazon wish list. We are unable to accept donations of used clothing/household goods at this time.
Donate VISA and/or Restaurant Gift Cards
Please send any donation questions to Julie Ford at firstname.lastname@example.org.
