Kendall County Community Food Pantry – Alive & Thriving
Just 19 months after near-collapse, the Kendall County Community Food Pantry is alive and thriving. The energy of giving and caring for our neighbors is higher than ever. The donor base is underwriting the costs and our percentage of donations that get used in the actual mission is exceptionally high — all accomplished with 120+ volunteers.
Due to our expansion we are looking to fill a few senior-clerical and management level positions on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidly, these are high-commitment, medium-high-stress jobs. However, the rewards of devising, implementing, and nurturing the huge impact the pantry is having on our community will change your heart forever — we guarantee it.
If you are a capable, honest, energetic, positive clerical or management-type, contact Board Chairman Greg Witek to discuss the positions. (firstname.lastname@example.org or 630-708-2208).
