International Women’s Day celebrates women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. Today we honor all the women who have chosen to work to improve the lives of others.

Friday 5           Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani female education activist and the youngest Nobel Peace Prize laureate.   Greta Thunberg is a Swedish environmental activist known for challenging world leaders to take action on climate change. Amanda Gorman is an American poet and activist focusing on feminism, race, oppression, and marginalization.
