Breathe Salt Therapy: Seeking Licensed Massage Therapist
Come join the expanding Breathe Salt Therapy Team. We are a fast-growing Wellness Spa in the Far West suburbs of Chicago. Our Wellness Spa provides Wellness services to a rapidly growing clientele base in our beautiful and calming spa environment. We offer Massage, Active Halo Therapy, Infrared Sauna (Mid, Near and Far & multiple Wellness Programs), Chromotherapy, Foot Detox, Flotation Therapies, Aesthetics and special events.
Breathe Salt Therapy’s Massage Program has grown tremendously. So much so, that we are expanding our days and hours to accommodate the demand. We are usually booked out 2 weeks in advance! You’ll be fully booked!
Available shifts:
Tuesday 9 AM – 5 PM
Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM
Back Up LMT Schedule Availability with $$ Bonus per Massage. 24 Hour Notice Availability.
$400 Bonus after each 6 months, after meeting BST criteria.
We are seeking part time LMT’s to expand our Massage offerings and availability to existing and prospective Clientele. We have had a significant amount of Massage Gift Card sales to fulfill in 2023. Come Join the Breathe Team. We are 5 STAR rated!

BST Qualifications Required To Be Considered:
• Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred
• Prefer 1+ years’ experience as a licensed professional massage therapist and proficient knowledge of providing reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stones, trigger point, sports and deep tissue massage
• Great interpersonal skills. High energy and client focused enthusiasm
•Welcoming
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide and perform massages on diverse clients
• Good computer skills & organizational abilities.
•Dependability
• Ability to keep a well-groomed, attractive and professional appearance
• Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
• Self-starter & LOW maintenance
Responsibilities for a BST Licensed Massage Therapist:
• Evaluate clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
• Develop and propose client treatment programs that specify beneficial massage types
• Consult with clients about their medical histories and determine which massage types would be most beneficial
• Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues in order to provide client wellness
• Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients’ skin
• Maintain a high standard of spa cleanliness, sanitation, disinfection and awareness
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
• Always be prompt, reliable, a self-starter and committed to the BST business & clients
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
•Make recommendations and solutions to any opportunities or issues.
•Be proactive and a BST TEAM member
• Build, support and nurture our mutual clientele base on an ongoing basis
