Professionals Advancing in Yorkville (PAY), in connection with the Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce, is a group of motivated and energetic professionals that strive to educate and develop our members professionally, civically and personally.

Programs
Programs are held from 9-10am at the Chamber office, located at Old Second National Bank. There is no attendance fee. Reservations are requested but not required.

Though we do lead with "30 second commercials" in order to get to know everyone at the table, PAY is not a leads group, and is open to members of the Chamber and guests.

Emily Weber is an entrepreneur with vision. She is the energetic force behind the Yorkville Performing Arts Center in which she and her husband own together which now serves over 400 students. Partnering with parents, Weber has founded a sister company to YPAC called Up2University which develops students into leaders and inspires them to use their God given gifts and talents to impact this world. Weber serves in several areas of her church, is an active member of More Than Just Great Dancing, an inspirational speaker and most importantly a mother of 4! She is the "productivity powerhouse" and lives each day to get the most out of the time she has been given.
