Advertising Opportunities

YACC members are offered unique promotional opportunities throughout the year in the form of:

  • Free announcements on the web site "Member News" page
  • Sponsorships
  • Event hosting opportunities
  • Advertising in the Community Guide and maps
  • Announcements in Chamber e-newsletters
  • "Featured Member" banners on the Chamber web site

E-Blast Policy

The Yorkville Chamber sends periodic e-blasts to get news out to members in an efficient and timely manner. To protect from overuse and excess volume, e-blasts are limited to reporting news and activities of the Chamber only; however, the following policies are in place to help members promote their news through the Chamber.

E-Newsletter Advertising Guidelines

Members may utilize Chamber e-blasts as a cost-effective advertising medium that goes out to over 300 Chamber members plus over 250 secondary contact members.

For ads to be included one time in an upcoming Chamber e-blast:

  • $25 for a click-through banner ad (169 pixels wide x up to 175 pixels high)
  • $50 for a half page ad (539 pixels wide x up to 600 pixels high)
  • $75 for a full page ad (539 pixels wide x up to 900 pixels high)
  • $100* for an exclusive e-blast with YOUR INFORMATION ONLY, sent within 1-2 days of receipt. (Please include a subject line** for your e-blast.)

For all ads:
Ads may be linked to an external website. All ads are to be designed and submitted in jpg format to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please also submit a text version for non-html smart phone users.

Non-exclusive ads subject to timing of upcoming Chamber e-blast schedule.
*Exclusive ads (with no changes) may be repeated once at half price.
**If you are doing an exclusive ad, please indicate how you would like the subject line to read… remember, a good subject line helps get your e-mail opened!

Non-Profit Members
YACC member non-profit companies receive a 20% discount on e-blast and web banner advertising.

Non-Profit members may also submit their news to be included in a free monthly “Non-Profit News” e-blast, in text format. (The standard e-blast policy will apply for graphic ads). Submission deadline is the 10th of each month for the e-blast that will be sent on or around the 15th.

All members are encouraged to announce their news and job postings for free on the Chamber website "Member News" page.

Promote your business on the home page or directory pages:

169 pixels (w) x 88 pixels (h)
Banner ads must be submitted in good quality jpg format (min. 72 dpi)
Ads will function as click-through links to your web site

Banners appear on right column, top to bottom, P (position) 1-4:

  • P1  STATIC (your banner appears always; high visibility)
  • $125/quarter or $400/year
  • P2  STATIC (your banner appears always; high visibility)
  • $125/quarter or $400/year
    ROTATING (ads change each time page refreshes; maximum of 5 banners per position)
    $50/quarter or $175/year
    STATIC buy-out option to first customer
    $125/quarter or $400/year
    ROTATING (ads change each time page refreshes; maximum of 5 banners per position)
    $50/quarter or $175/year
