E-Blast Policy

The Yorkville Chamber sends periodic e-blasts to get news out to members in an efficient and timely manner. To protect from overuse and excess volume, e-blasts are limited to reporting news and activities of the Chamber only; however, the following policies are in place to help members promote their news through the Chamber.


E-Blast Advertising

Members may utilize Chamber e-blasts as a cost-effective promotional medium that goes out to over 700 primary members and secondary contacts.

The cost to include an ad in an upcoming Chamber e-blast:

$25 for a click-through banner ad (up to 175 pixels wide x up to 175 pixels high) 
$50 for a half page ad (539 pixels wide x up to 600 pixels high)
$75 for a full page ad (539 pixels wide x up to 900 pixels high)

$100* for an exclusive e-blast with YOUR INFORMATION ONLY, sent within 1-2 days of receipt or your date of choice. (Please include a subject line** for your e-blast.)

Non-exclusive ads subject to timing of upcoming Chamber e-blast schedule.
*Exclusive ads (with no changes) may be repeated once at half price.
**If you are doing an exclusive ad, please indicate how you would like the subject line to read… remember, a good subject line helps get your e-mail opened!


Non-Profit Members:  Discounted and Free Advertising Options
The Chamber sends out a monthly “Non-Profit News” e-blast as a free benefit to non-profit YACC members. Submission deadline is the 10th of each month for the e-blast that is sent on or around the 15th. (Text format only. Advertising fees will apply for graphic ads.) Non-Profit Members receive a 20% discount on e-blast advertising rates (above).

All Members:  Free Advertising on Chamber Website “Member News” Page
All members are encouraged to take advantage of this free member benefit and announce news (events and activities, sales, specials, awards, job postings, etc.) on the Chamber website "Member News" page.
