Member E-Blast Policy


The Yorkville Chamber uses e-blasts as a primary communication tool to reach members. To avoid excessive e-mails, our policy is to limit e-blasts to Chamber news and events only. Members are encouraged to announce their news and job postings for free on the Chamber website "Member News" and "Job Bank" pages.


E-Blast Advertising Opportunity

The Yorkville Chamber offers an opportunity for members to announce their events in e-blasts.
This is a cost-effective advertising medium that goes out to nearly 500 primary and secondary member contacts.
For ads to be included once in an upcoming Chamber e-blast:

$25 for a small (110x125 pixel) ad. 
(This size may also be interchanged as a recurring website banner ad.)

$50 for a half page ad (up to 600x600 pixels)
 
$75 for a full page (up to 600x800 pixels)
 
Or, send an exclusive e-blast with YOUR INFORMATION ONLY, which will go out within 1-2 days of receipt. $100.  

Non-profit YACC members receive a 20% discount.

All ads are to be designed and submitted to the Chamber in jpg format to:
membernews@yorkvillechamber.org .
